if you have a cPanel based hosting account you can use the Mailing List option but this depends the hosting provider mailing limits.

AMS 4.3 and SenderBlaster or turbo mailer are also alternatives for windows based systems but you will need a smtp server and your port 25 must be opened by your ISP (or use a VPN service with port 25 opened)

You May go for self hosted Mailing solution Best way to promote your ClickBank product .
You May send upto 1Million per day.

u can use interspire software. i have email servers with installed interspire. using that u can send more than 100000 emails/day
