Email Segmentation

Hello,

I would like to segment users before they enter my email list.

I can't remember where I saw this, but basically the user would complete a quiz and after completing it he would enter his email.
The quiz results would determine in which list this email would be entered.(Or what tags would be appointed to the email).

Are there any services that can do this?
