Email scraper + mailer

I'm looking for someone who can create a simple tool to scrape good emails of people from certain countries. Like US, CA, AU, UK Then I also want a way to email them. I'll only send 3k - 5k emails per day. Just post here your price and what you can offer me. I'll PM you if I'm interested in what you have to offer. I want the emails to go to their inbox and not spam so keep this in mind.!

Bump....(Sorry I couldn't help my-self) and I don't want to open a new thread about the same thing. I'm still looking for this software. I have up to $300 to invest on this. Again I want to be able to scrape 5k - 10k emails/day + send 5k - 10k emails/day (More than what I wanted before) Please PM me if you have this program or if you're interested in building it for me.
