email scrape from facebook groups/pages

Hello fellow BH'ers!

One of many new business challenges is building an email list. I do not intend to scrape an email list and spam but rather use the list to upload to FB Power Editor and build my ads based on 'lookalike audience' and 'custom audience' campaigns.

I am hoping this strategy will increase my conversions (ecommerce store) and lower my ad spending.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

You can't scrape anyone email who join your group or like your page. It's not possible now.
It's possible only when you made a fb app from dev.fb.com and add permission to ask users email address, but again you should have solid app and have reason to ask user email address. They reject too many application daily, who want to add permission about user personal information on their app.

There is only 1 email will be public out of 1k. By default most of all emails are set friends as privacy, only noob can make his email ID public, so how anyone can get profits from that kind of people. May be spammer also make their public email ID, so they know what other scraping their ID and what they are going to offer.

It's too hard to have an good email list in your situation. But you can try another method.
Custom audience allows you to filter your customers base on several information, not only email or phone number. For example: you can filter your customers by: FirstName,LastName,Gender,City,State,Country.

Good luck.
 
normally the email display on website is not the one match on fb record, so i dont think it will match a lot.

anyway i have just make one email scraper, PM or skype me if you still need this.
