Do you know of any affiliate for email marketing that pays per click on link in an email? I heard of solo ads but not sure where I could sell these ads.

if your traffic converts it doesn't really matter if it's email or other.

let's say it doesnt convert very well,very low conversion rate.

then you're better of trying CPA, most of them don't require captcha
