Email Opt-in offers.... need advice

Hello all!

I am currently working on building an email list from a website that is basically a job board and I have an account set up on getresponse. Currently I am working on making an auto responder that sends an Ebook they initially opted in to receive and that's as far as I've gotten...

so here are my questions...

1. Is there a good place to find offers in my niche (finding a job) that I can send in the occasional email?

2. What is a good strategy that has worked for others as far as the opt in message. Tips would be appreciated.

3. What is a good frequency to send out emails and a good ratio of offers to info? I was thinking 80% to 20%. Thoughts?

Any other ideas or tips would be great!

Also, if there are any threads you fine people know if that have already addressed this please point me to them.

1. Are you talking about Affiliates? Offervault would be your go to if so. Not really sure what you mean about "that I can send the occasional email" You would be sending emails to your list.

2. Ask These Questions to Yourself and then create your Opt in.
What will the Person receive? What Benefit does my Opt in give them? How do they Enroll?
More tips: Ask for First Name & Email address for personal emails, Include a no spam and privacy note, If you can include a picture of you/or High Quality Images/Logos.

3. Create a few different campaigns and track the results. I would start off with 80 20

Yes, I am referring to affiliates and I will look into offervault. what I meant by "occasional emails" was basically the 80 20 ratio.
