Email notification - direct to tap'n'talk

I thought it might be an idea to have an additional link in email notifications that can take you directly to the thread within the iPhone tap n talk app.

I don't know if it is possible with tap n talk, but I know it is doable in theory as eBay have that exact feature - so if you get an eBay notification. Like being outbid or whatever, you have an additional link which takes you directly to the eBay app and to the relevant page within the app.

Is this possible? Feasible?
