Hello everybody!

I want to know stuff about email marketing. If you know something please reply. Will apreciate help. All answers are welcome even if you are going to call me noob. I don't care am here to learn and help others!
So basically I have email list of about 40k in my niche.

I want to mail them with offers and stuff!. But i have no idea how it works. Like how can I email 40k in single day?
I have heard I need to use Aweber on Mail Chimp, but that list was collected with input form on my websites and is saved in my database.

*Can I import them to Aweber or Mail Chimp?
*Is there other services better or cheaper that Aweber,Mail Chimp?
*How much does it coast to email 40k in a day?
*Is there any other options to email 40k people?

I can assist you with this.
What niche is your list from?
Is it double opt in?
Did you get it from your own forms?
What do you want to sell to them?

1. Yes, both Aweber and MailChimp allow you to import your own list of subscribers.
2. Yes and No. It depends on what kind of features you want to manage your list. If you just want to send emails with no autoresponder features, you can go with a SMTP service. They're lot cheaper than the full-on email management services like Aweber, Mailchimp, ConstantContact, etc..
3. It'll cost you $5.60 to send out 40k emails via Mandrill and $4 if you send it through Amazon SES. Mandrill's pricing is 20 cents per 1k emails and 10 cents for Amazon SES.
4. Yes, you can setup your own email server on DigitalOcean/Amazon/Vultr but the overhead of setting it up and warming up the IP's will take a lot more time to get it going.

If you were to go with the Mandrill or SES, you can simply download the Maxprog Bulk Mailer from the Downloads section and plug in your SMTP credentials and you're good to go with sending 40k or 400k emails a day.

Note :

As with any other email service, they will throttle your sending speed initially and you'll have to submit a ticket with their support to increase your sending limits.

You can also use Interspire Email Marketer to send emails from your hosting account but it doesn't support SMTP rotation out-of-the-box.
