Noob question.When isnt email consideret as a spam?Cann i just harvest emails or must i have some prove that people did give them to me somehow(eweber etc.)Or how does this work?Thank you

You can harvest, but you have to be extremely careful how you do it. You have to figure out a way to get them to opt in before you can try to market to them. I know a couple of ways, but without knowing where you would be harvesting from, I wouldn't know which method to tell you.

can you really make money using emails marketing?

An email is spam when it is unsolicited (when they do not want it). E.g. you are emailing someone you do not know. If this happens they can report you and potentially the domain can be put on a blacklist. Technically you should capture data by having opt ins etc.

Obviously there are loads of people that spam and use Scrapebox to capture emails. They get away with it because they use made up gmail, yahoo mail email addresses so don't care if they get blacklisted. They probably use proxies too.
