Email Marketing

What I need: I have 6000 names and addresses from the United States I need the most current address along with Email address if available. More work will be coming in the future this is just the first order. If some clever blackhatter can find a way to do this there could literally be millions of orders. I would like either a fixed price estimate or a cost per email address. Cheers.
