Email marketing

Hello BHW!
I've just received 2.5 thousand email leads for porn from a friend of mine. I've also signed up for an offer that pays $40 per signup for a dating cheating wives-site.

Is it legal to send out emails to those addresses? My friend was originally going to do it for me, however he changed his mind. I'm really clueless about what to do.

On the Clad on the ad page I got 4 ad on 3 of them I could get the information panel, summary and details, but in the other I dont get the info .... Do you know how to can I get it on this one too??????
