Without any doubt you will get blacklisted for spamming. Make sure you have cleaned even though they break the TOS cause your not allowed to use their systems for over quote mailing or nearly to quote they allotted you. Proxy might be horrible cause they never have stable connection and your good mails start bounce too.
Sparkpost , mailchimp and similar sites they allow 15k to 30k monthly mails. use them in send blaster. If you dont want all this headaches simply go with cheaper package on HostDel they allow mass mailing and SMTP too.

Can't gauge how much sign ups per day but expect few thousand, overall monthly - 100k - 150k. Saw that few companies are using amazon SES but they don't have direct integration with Shopify and need Zapier (which costs hell lot)
 
I would say just get someone to do it for you. Someone that knows how to handle it. It's a field you need to learn, and if you don't know how to do it right, you will get burned.

You expect to get 100,000 opt in sign ups to your store per month? That is a lot. Can i ask what is your marketing budget to achieve that?

I have few strategies that might not work at all or just work out. Not every month 100k but looking for a cheaper email automation service

To be honest is does not really make sense what your asking.

If you can get 100,000 opt in emails each month and understand ecommerce sales funnels and email marketing why would you be bothered about a cheap system that does not have much automation? You would be able to afford the very best, fully automated system with staff to manage it. I would clear $1 million per month with the front end you say you have.

Or have you misunderstood optin and scraped?

It works if you have a clean email list. I personally use Sendblaster and recommend it even to my customers. But you have to also rely on 1 dedicated IP and use a good smtp server like turboSMTP (dedicated IP plan) just for example. With 50k clean list, I see no problem if you've done your homework about SPF, DKIM, and Dmarc configurations in your domain registrar/cloudflare.
 
Thanks for all the replies. Interesting discussion. I got a 50k list of niche mails and found a guy on upwork to do the email blasts. sllightly concerned about the consequences though. Guy just keeps answering that this is why he is there and that he will deliver. So far mixed feelings

Use Mailjet, You can add unlimited contacts and send emails up to 6,000 emails per month.
