Sending 2 million emails is good. You can advertise cosmetics, utilities, affiliate marketing, hardware, services etc. You will also need a good platform whic is reliable. You should either go with Mailchimp as they are very secure but on the downside they are very expensive too. I personally think softwares like Mumara and Campaign Monitor. Good affordable prices with excellent services overall.
Sending 2 MM emails a day is huge volume. Depending on your content and email delivery service it is inevitable that some will go to Spam. You will need a good bulk email sending service or this type of volume. Mailchimp or Hotsol could work depending on your budget.

You will need to go for a self hosted solution for that type of volume. There's no way in hell an ESP such as MailChimp or aWeber would even allow you to import that amount of data.
To be frank with you, mailing ain't cheap to get into. It definitely takes money to make money. What's your budget?
