Email marketing

I am looking for someone to send out 50 emails a day every day from a clean email address that will get delivered at a decent rate.

I want to avoid spamming even though I know that is what I'm asking for. This is from a list of General Managers of auto dealerships that I bought that looks like it's about 70% valid.
