Email marketing with CPA?

So quick question about this cz i dont know what its really about.

So i know a way i could get emails from people interested in topics or niches (keywords). Now, lets say i get those emails of people interested in a topic in specific (lets say i got 100 emails of diferent people interested in the same thing), and i have an offer related to that topic as well.

All i have to do is send all those 100 emails i got an email with the offer? (obviously not onlty the link, with a decent text too).

Is that how it works? or im i wrong, also in case what i explained its not email marketing, could the method i explained work? (all this comes cz a couple years ago i found a way to get specific emails from specific keywords, and i was wondering, since i have literally 0 or very trash traffic, maybe this way could help me).

These days when you simply send url and text no one will actually show any interest in your offer or email you send,
1) Keep good html template even its for 50 users to send.
2) Check for spam words mostly avoid them by replacing alternative words.

Keep on sending them different offers either CPA or Affiliates or any other its good practice for email marketing, Rather than sending same mails every day which will lead to super spam.

Okay so high quality email and avoid spam words, thanks man. Btw do you think this way of doing it will get me some conversions?

Email marketing is still proven to be best ROI for promoting your offers that is the reason big giants like amazon are into same field.
