Email Marketing Suggestion/Advice?

Hi,

I hope you all fine, I have followed blackhat forum for some years now and today I decided to register and join the community.
I Wanna precise that I searched, learned and tried a lot of method/courses/videos that I will write about one of them here and finally I’m here.

For the past 3 years+ I was coding and sending bulk emails using my own tools.

So, I have a lot of email lists I validated around 200K+ only for starting email marketing.
Also, I'm able to bulk send emails only inbox (direct inbox) for France (Not only France but this is what I'm trying to work on now), i can setup all basics such as domain, hosting, letter ect...

The only problem is that people visiting my CPA link (I tried only email/zip submit offers) as testing email marketing but there are no leads, after searching the problem seems to be cuz of emails receipts are not interested so I used an email form submit in my landing page with free ebook included but it didn’t work as well.

I need your suggestion/advice experienced email marketer.

Also, other marketer what do you think the problem is? I'm confused.

If you say "inbox" - maybe you aren't getting inbox, 200k into inbox is generating a lot of money. So it's probably spam/junk - but this shouldn't result in 0 sales. Who cares about ebooks in 2023? You need a product which sells, then extreme high quality landing page, then you will sell also by email marketing, regardless if spam or inbox.
 
The money is on the list. Make sure to offer something that will be attractive to them.

Yes those ammount of leads should generate good money, for sending i'm sure of inbox cuz i m tracking each email sent where it land & i already did good $$ using send inbox for emails.
I apperciate your advice about landing page & choosing good products.

This is what i'm not good at, making good attractive landing page & choosing good products.
 
You're most probably not hitting the inbox
 
The problem is inboxing, most probably they are either landing in Spam or under promotional tab. I would advise you to clean up the list and use AWS. that works good to me
 
With a list like that, there is something wrong with your offers or the message you send. In short, conversions.

Problem is that no one can help you with that if you don't disclose the product and email message you're sending

No im grtting results from other send.
I have 3years+ sending emails. Yes aws is good but after some amount of send it’s stop delivering/ strat sending spam.
How can i contact you ?

I didn’t precise that i only sended 5k inbox no result i stopped. I didn’t send for all list.

I sended a tiny bear house offer haha from cpagrid and my message was a copy/past. I m not good writer.

Maybe it's the quality of the list. It's easy to find emails, you just have to find the good ones.

Do you send one cold email or you can do sequences ?
 
200k list is impressive. wanna share what exactly is your offer etc so maybe that is the issue?
 
Well maybe you didnt create any relationship with your list and they dont know knothing about you
Just imagine yourself receiving an email to complete a cpa offer ,you will be tempted to complete it .probably not
I think its a way more better idea to dive into affiliate marketing with email

Any kind of strategy to build relationship?
 
What's your email tech stack? Do you run something like, rent a server and additional ips, setup powermta and ip rotation, then use tool like mailwizz to send the offers?

For your question, I think it's either one of these issues:
1. The email might not really ended up in inbox (How you know you do? Do you also include your own email in the list to check that?) (Can try this https://www.gmass.co/inbox)
2. Irrelevant targeting, the 200k list actually isn't that huge for this type of marketing, there's usually very low CTR and optins, so maybe larger list, or more targeted list
3. Offer not great enough, did you test different products / offerings, different landing page etc?

Personally I use contact form instead of sending email (Because i think mass emailing is more costly and have to deal with lots of inboxing issues), and I send to 5~6millions contact form last week, and got a couple sales from it, and around ~200 optins which I can further nurturing them and sell to them.

I'm thinking to use email blasting too, because many website doesnt have contact form and I'm missing out on those, but maybe using gmail accounts instead of setting up email server, so I can get started quicker.

For my email tech I’m using my own program that give me strong resource for sending email as result, also I’m using own sender (i tryed different sender year old paid nd free) but my version work perfect with custom edit to help reaching inbox fine.

1. I’m testing inbox each 500 emails sent.
Im not using gmass as it kill resources.

2. Yes i should target list.

3. No i didn’t use multiple offer/landing page.

i apperciate your advice.

Which landing page/offers you suggest me to work on?
