Hi,

Emails not going to spam depends on the IP of the server/VPS.
If the IP is blacklisted all the emails will go to spam.
Make sure to buy clean ip services!

Try with some Bullet Proof hosting service provider that also sets up Interspire and PowerMTA...and most importantly multiple clean IP's that are not blacklisted

No one can guarantee 100% inbox. I even see sendgrid and mailchimp newsletters landing into my spams sometimes. It depends on many facators such as your ip reputation, email content, spf, dkim , rdns etc.
