Hello!

As of now, I recently got one domain approved for limit 50.000 emails per day by amazon ses.
Was kind of easy to request the increase of limit.

Im thinking of using someone from fiverr to do the job, to install Mailwizz, on an VPS server.
Connect the Amazon SES SMTP that got approved for 50.000 Per Day.

My question is, will it work to send out emails that easy?
i have collected these emails myself.
I'm not talking about spamming, but sending targeted emails.

I usually get around 8-12% openrate on these emails, as i have collected them myself.
WILL NOT discuss in any manner how i have got these emails, will not share any information about this.

In the past, i succeeded to use Email services, sutch as

* Sendinblue
* Mailjet

I did use these 2 services to do COLD emailing, regarding that i got around 8-12% openrate,
So, Why did i not continue if it worked with them?

The issue was they started recently an "analyis"
Of the first 500 emails sent out, if its not good response they won't send it.
So its not same as before.

I have no problem with the prices they had, becouse the money that was spent was good ROI.

Im very confused about all this, please do share any thoughts regarding this matter.
Been almost 3 weeks now, i feel stuck in the same spot each day.

Tried once to use Amazon for email marketing. Got suspended quite fast.
It will depend on what content you are sending to your subscribers, I would say that anything related to affiliate marketing/promotion of services that are not yours will lead at one point to restrictions, regardless on how you collect those emails.

What should i do then?
Im stuck at the same spot, im very frustrated.

try omnisend.com you can send up to 15k emails per month for free and they constantly increase this limits for free.another way is to have multiple accounts and split your list between them.

WIth high bounce rates and spam complaints,You will lose it very fast again.

What you need is multiple landing pages redirecting to the main domain via an image/landing page,Business Emails and a Cold Emailing setup(Lemlist,Amazon SES,Woodpecker and other alternatives)

These are especially for Cold Emailing,Maybe try it out?

Whenever you send Cold emails to a list, make sure that 10-15% of those list are yours and you have full control over it.

This is for opening, replying, warming up,maintaining the domain reputation and gaining trust.

I can't agree more. You won't be able to keep your smtp architecture healthy if your list is built (bought?) with deceptive methods/false promises.
A good open rate means nothing if 70% of the openers are clicking on the unsubscription url.
If sendinblue/mailjet blocked your mailing after 500 emails sent, regardless on how picky those service providers are, it means something about your list that need to be fixed.

You can start by extract the openers of previous email (remove the unsubscribers of course) and add 10/20% of new email address from your list and keep proceed in small batch to clean up the bounce/unsubscription until your ip/sender reputation is clean enough to send bigger volume.

That is the exact way to grow but still these days companies are very strict with complaints and bounce. Cleaning will avoid most of them..

Good luck.

12% open rate is really bad, especially if you have nominative and fresh email adresses. You should at least aim 50%.

  • Verify your list with tools like verifalia, zerobounce or other. You have to get less than 4% bounce ideally.
  • Don't send that much emails per day, you'll land in spam for sure.
  • The best strategy is to send max 200-300 emails per day per email address. So if you need volume, buy different domain names and create several addresses in a Gsuite account. But getting 50% open rate on a smaller quantity of emails sent is way more viable long term than blasting 50k+ emails per day.
  • Lemlist is by far the best tool for cold mailing, since they have a warm up feature that creates engagement on your address, it really helps with delivrability.

Amazon SES will be quick to suspend you once the spam and unsub reports spike

^^ What he said.

It should be reiterated, SES is not for cold email. It is for subscribers you have signed up, not lists you have bought.

If you want to do CPM offers from a list you bought, you'll need your own SMTP server. PowerMTA would be the preferred software. You'll also need to clean and warm up your list.

I'm Interested, If will they deliver to inbox?

Anyone know a good Free email marketing service for cold mailing smaller list?

You will need to warm up the IP address so for the first few days it will send very slowly.
