Email Marketing (Returning Customers)

Hi, I have more than 10,000 active emails with address and some have phone numbers( Different countries UK, US, CANADA, GERMANY, THAILAND JAPAN CHINA), I work hard for my boss for 60 hours a week but unfortunately, he didn't pay me even a single cent after all that I've done to his store for 2 months his not responding with any text messages and even calls and right now I'm thinking to monetize this leads since I still have all of it in my email, the information that I have are the people who recently bought the products in Shopify. ALL VALID EMAILS because it was used for their confirmation number and to get their tracking numbers. Any suggestion? Thanks in advance

I would add them to an autoresponder system that lets you upload your own list. Use one of the bigger names for good inboxing rate like GetResponse, MailChimp, those types of names. Offer them similar products but at a discount to what your boss charges. Send them messages like, "You ordered from us in the past, here's a special offer for you for being a loyal customer. We are {insert your boss's company name}'s sister site (or something like that)."
 
What niche did they buy in i might be able to help you?

Would you mind letting me know your success rate of those who bought using a 10k email list? I want to see how successful you are with 10k emails and how many orders you get to have an idea on average how many people order from emails. Thank you

You can't compare a "buyers list" with a "scraped list" if that's what you're trying to do. I'll give you an example. I sent about 15,000 emails about two weeks ago to a scraped list that wasn't very targeted, not one single buyer. Then I sent about 50 emails to a list that was targeted a few days ago and got 2 strong leads.

When I had an email database of previous buyers I'd run special offers and always get sales.

All of them bought the items 100%

wouldn't really recommend this, usually they limit you because those contacts signed up for Company A, not Company B, so you would have to send them mail on behalf of Company A. unless anyone knows a workaround?
 
I would strongly suggest you don't do anything. It depends on your country, but I'm pretty sure in most cases, you could find yourself in a legal situation. Whatever you make from those 10k emails, probably won't be worth it.

If you're not getting paid for your work, you have to move on. There's no reason to let someone string you along for 2 months without getting paid. These things happen, so take it as a lesson learned for the future.
 
Definitely check legality but could come at them saying we rebranded and link to your copy store with same/similar products offering discounts for "repeat customers".

If it's about revenge maybe send an email blast asking them to refund. If the payment processor gets an influx of refund requests they will likely issue them, provided they can get the funds back from the sellers account.
