Email marketing question

Hi guys, I made my squeeze page for email marketing but I have some questions. How do I host my download file, like when the people opt in and go to get the download for the free report, how do I make link for them to download?

Also regarding domain names. Which kind of domain names work best for squeeze pages. LIke Ebookname+ freereport.com/org/net

I figured it out. I will host put it in my hosting as as subdomain then href= to that subdomain. Now left with the domain

Put it everywhere. If you can not put it everywhere (facebook, other social media, etc.) then put a link to it where you can with a short, enticing, not banning blurb. As they say, the money is in the list. If you keep track of where you collect your information as well as the demographic character of the location of the collection site, then you will have no problem offering them products that are targeted to that demographic in the future and that is where the real money is ( or so I have been told LOL)
