Email Marketing Question Regarding TLD

Let say I have two email servers - email [email protected] and [email protected].

I use [email protected] for spam free email marketing. If I use [email protected] for spamming will my [email protected] will be effected as the domain name is same but tld is different.

Both domains are in different server and user different email server and different ip.
