Email marketing - Gaming/ gambling Niche

I have a large data base of emails of potential users for this niche.
what would be the best way to: 1. validate the list 2. create a mass mailing operation that won't get recognized as spam ( assuming that i have the relevant offers / newsletter to send ) . I know that some SMTP's won't allow this niche.

any recommended software or procedure to address this challenge ?

thanks @xbryan , as i mentioned i got the Offers to promote and got some strong connections as far as getting additional offers (and I'll create a newsletter to make "Branded ") the challenge here is to find a way to send bulk emails without getting marked as spam with a high inbox % .

by buying a small server for email marketing, look at the marketplace here,
and wven with that hitting the inbox is getting harder now,
 
@amoon not sure i understand your answer... is it possible to get a decent inbox rate using the solutions in the marketplace here ?
 
what i wanted to say is, if you have a purchased data, your chances of hitting inbox is low, even with a good server ...
so I suggest asking some sellers in the marketplace, before buying
 
I have servers to send high volume. We can even do in share of the revenue.
