ESPs may not suit your needs, setup self-hosted email sending infrastructure. Setup dedicated server with front end email marketing application like Mumara or Interspire optimized to work with PowerMTA SMTP server. What volume of emails you are planning to send and how good is the list you will be sending to. ?

Where would you setup these servers? I mean it is not legit with e-mail spam or is it?

For the ESPs, it is hard to maintain their IP reputation if they allow their users to send such content that ends up being blacklisted, which they can't afford. IP is pivotal. And for the spam, strictly speaking, anything you send without the permission of the recipient is actually an email spam. You need to have permission of the recipient to send the kind of content in the future, anything out of permission is the spam.

You dont need to pay for PMTA, you can grab a Nulled version or i can setup the infrastructure for you, i have been doing it for years ... ;)
