I have a target email list of about 50k(bought their legit emails i've tested them). I have a few questions before I start working on this project to reach the 50k emails.

Should I get someone to design a email graphic?
Should I use clickbank hop link or create my own domain and redirect it to the hoplink or create a review site?
Can I get in trouble with clickbank for using emails that i bought?

I would suggest you use your own domain - just looks a lot less "spammy" and will usually result in more clicks.

Try a nice mail graphic, but never doubt the power of a very straight to the point plain text email. People receive so many emails every single day - you need to grab their attention quickly. While a nice graphic email will be eye appealing, not everyone has time to read through it and will simply hit "delete" before they absorb the full message. Test both - html versions and simple text emails.

Don't use graphic, too commercial. Buy a .info domain to hide you link while keeping costs down to $2 for the domain name. Then split test 1000 emails from the list at a time until you have tested at least different 6 emails.

Hi StiffMeister-

Some offers already have great graphics, just depends on what type of a user you are going after. Just make sure that the campaign allows email traffic and you should not get in trouble.
