email marketing - aweber or getresponse, also issue with address

I am having issue get started with email marketing.

I am deciding to use between aweber or get response ,
aweber if i am not wrong, have to pay monthly for the services + pay for number of subscribers
getresponse is just pay based on number of subscribers monthly, which is cheaper?

I am having issue with the address part, when you send out an email, under can-spam act , address is needed.
I do not wish to show my personal address, if use p.o box , it need to be u.s and not from my own country?
I am not sure with the u.s p.o box and will never check the mail there.

Other than p.o box, what other options do i have?

For my business I use MailChimp. You could send 12k emails to 2k subscribers for free. A lot of features and customizing options. I am pleased with their service.
