in the past I had a little success with desktop mailers, but I need some advise about sending out mail method with free. I can find targetted mail lists. Can you advise something?
Do you already have the lists? Then whats the problem? Rotate some offers and see what works, and build a campaign around that offer. Try some angles and see what works best and take it from there.
