I have a question. I’ve been using mailchimp for email marketing to lists around 20/30k in size but wanted to know the answer followering:

Can you explain to me what method/software you use to be able to check for valid email addresses? Any recommendations?

Also, I want to ensure the best deliverability and ensure that I don’t end up in the spam, anyone got some advice here and is segmenting your lists a good idea and how can this be done?

Checkout marketplace there are some BST to verify email leads in bulk. And coming to inbox hire native english writer get clean and simply subject + email body

Try with 3 to 5 variations compare the results and scale up.

Did you check websites like https://www.mailgun.com/ ?
They have APIs for validation as well.

My native language is English. I have used Html emails and sent them in the past and had some ok results from them.

Do you use html to design your email graphics/templates?

What email sender do you use?
 
I would recommend Email Oversight they're very good and almost all the mailers I know use it over any other validation tool.
 
Segmenting your list is definitely a good idea because it allows you to send less aggressively and you will have better control over the follow-up sequence.

Make sure all the necessary DNS parameters check out. For example, DKIM, SPF and Dmarc. To receive replies to your emails, you should definitely configure MX record as well, otherwise it would just be a waste of time and money. How often do you send emails to your 30k list. I am assuming daily. Right?

Yes will be send daily that’s the idea. I send like once a week at the moment. What platform do you use to send emails?

Do you offer consultative services to set up the email account properly with all DNS parameters set up etc..?

hi, I know AtomEmailPro can verify bulk emails and also send bulk emails after verifying. As for ensuring the best deliverability, I think you should preheat the accounts, and make your content variable.
 
Did you get the email list through your own opt-ins, or is it scraped/bought?

Ditch Mailchimp, go with something like Activecampaigns for a list that size.
 
The issue could be bought list, and people reporting your email as spam.
Use clean list to avoid suspension
