email lists or brokers? Anyone have a recommendation? help!

Would highly appreciate names of reputable or good email list companies that can provide quality
opt in mailing lists that are targeted to my specs. Brokers actually preferred but not sure how
many people use brokers.
Would also appreciate feedback as to why more people do not use more mailing lists that are
good? or is that an oxymoron?
Have used them in the past with decent results but it was a while ago.
Please help out... any feedback highly appreciated. thanks

If you are wanting to buy email list then post this in the want to buy section.
Remember that generally it is very difficult to know if they are giving you quality email data or not.

You really have to shop around and buy then try and move on to find the right one.

You can check out infoUSA, DatabaseUSA or ZoomInfo just to name a few. Before you purchase a list - I'd suggest requesting a sample to ensure what the providers are sending you are of high quality. Hope that helps!
