Needs better working tool to reach inbox..IF it goes for spam then all your work is wasted...

I agree with "nagarajnow" about Junk E-Mail issue. There are too many programs that sending bulk e-mails but "Inbox" is the biggest problem. After getting the list you need a reputed e-mail sender program.

There are two solutions
Cheapest one: You should try email harvesting/scraping tools. Mostly all the email harvesting tools are one time purchase.
Expensive one: Find a legit email list broker and buy the lists from it. First start with small purchase and if it works well then you can move on to bigger purchases.
