Thanks Stipen, I thought I won't be getting active emails which are in public domains. Anyway I'll try to see if it works.

Untargeted, probably very old emails. You won't sell anything. If you want to get an email list, create a squeeze page and give people some freebie. Set up aweber with autoresponder and send them the freebie when they enter their email on your squeeze page.

Sending anything to an un-targeted email list is pointless. Especially if you're only going to the sending to a few thousand.

Most gamers will be hard to monetize. They are a bit more tech savvy then usual BFU, hence no CPA/Survey/...
Try to send them links to new popular games to preorder/buy with your aff link or gaming gear - headsets, keyboards, mouses. Tell them you negotiated the best price for them.
