Email list seller recommendation

Hey guys,

Can anyone recommend a good email list seller (mainly I am looking for fresh uk emails, with targeting would be great).

I've been trawling through google etc and found various companies, but some just seem... fishy. Either a crappy looking site or found reviews saying data is old / fake etc.

If anyone can recommend a decent company which isn't too pricey that would be great
