Email list security

Hi,

I have a pretty large email list in my email provider and I let some of my virtual assistants to access it in order to help me with campaign management. How can I protect my db from being used in an unauthorized way / leaks ?

Not sure about total avoidance, but what would I advise is adding your own stealth emails to the list so you know if someone is using it without you knowing.

there is no way if you got va doing the work .

there not even a encript that cannot be reversed without ease.

you might have to be the one to run the email list.

maybe you should get them to add the subject, message to a database and you add the rest when running the campaign .

dont see any other safe way if you dont want your email list shown.

I already have some of my fake email accounts there but that will only give me clue that someone is using it but I won't be able to recognize who. It could be someone that I have been working with in the past...
