Email List Required - New York City, NY (Consumer)

I am urgently looking for email lists of the following criteria:

Location: New York, NY (meaning Queens, Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, Staten Island and Long Island)
Type: Consumer list
Age: Any
Gender: Any

I am looking for FREE EMAIL lists if possible, but I am also willing to consider paid lists. (prefer the free option obviously)
