Not sure if this is the right place to post.

I want to start a new marketing campaign using email lists, but I have a very specific demographic.

I need college students emails, and they must be international students or chinese students specifically. Not sure where I would look in order to obtain them (obviously I'd pay for it).

I'm not sure if it's even possible, but maybe someone could shed some light.

Also, is the practice of sending mass emails (especially to students) legal?

i m all reday working email marketing but my mail all spaming any solution land my mail in inbox ?

Why don't you Google college
students forums. Join the forums
and market yourself there. You can
offer an attractive reward to students to
entice them into joining your mailing list.
