email list building - 0.5$ per email?

Hey,

I found a website that allows advertising with banners.. I pay 9$ for 24 hour advertising, and I tested it in lat 24 hours... And I got roughly 21 emails back.

It is highly targeted website to 1 niche: earning online

Do you think paying on average 0.5$ or less per email is worth it?

Iam asking because people sell solo ads clicks: 100 clicks for 50$, and get on average 50 emails back, and say thats a good number.. so By that logic, my method should be alot better, righ?
