Its dating advice for men, AKA david deangelo and pickup artist type stuff.
I'm targeting single men 35-55, english speaking
It would also be great if they had already spent some money trying to fix their dating life somehow - either online dating, or courses, or a matchmaker, etc.

I would recommend to buy a dating related site that either already has an opt-in list or decent traffic. That way you have something targeted, or the ability to build a list quite easily.
As an alternative, you might be able to get another dating site site to send on your behalf for a small fee.
