As title says. I only have this problem with hotmail not gmail etc. Any work arounds for this?

Hello thanks for the reply you guys i dont know what im doing wrong. I have tried sending from a hosted smtp server i have tried sending from hotmail and gmail. At this point the message is just something like : iuechewih just something random.

Ip is not a blacklist for hosted smtp server.

do what @accellese told you, if its a bran d new server then you need to warm it up. it happens its fine, you need a 10/10 score first
after that senmd emails to yourself on gmail and reply to those emails and mark them as importnt
you can also use free warmup services availabale which will help am lot warmbase.io or something like that

Hotmail and MS365 have very strict spam filters.
There are mail tester sites. Send an email to them and see the result.
Also, cold emailing with Hotmail is never a good idea (if that's what you're doing).

You can reduce that one-month duration to a couple of days and send an even higher number of emails per account if you go with MS365.
I use both MS365 and Google Workspace but I prefer Google Workspace emails more. Much easier to set up and less hassle. Microsoft restricts email accounts every now and then.
