Email IPs?

How does one go about obtaining IP addresses specifically for sending cold emails?

I'm essentially trying to understand how mailerlite and brevo for example work on a low-level.

Their concept is simple: They pool bulk users on certain subnets with strict anti-cold mailing channels, and their reputation grows 24/7 to obtain perfect inboxes with almost all receivers.

If you link OPEN AI or Spam Assassin perfectly configured, you don't need staff observation.

First of all you have to own the IPs (can be bought starting from $10k) meaning your name has to be on the IP whois. Warm up single domains/IPs and then move any customer who gets over 1% spam rate to a domain/IP you don't care about, with the other trashy customers. If customer is still under 1% spam rate, add him to a pool of IPs with other quality customers. And many more variables, you get the point.

By spam rate you mean abuse/complaints rate?

The ratio for openings vs. people who click the "spam" button.

As example case Google/Gmail:

Google wants max. https://support.google.com/a/answer/14229414?hl=en (and they say even higher than 0.1% affects negatively) of your emails sent to Gmail marked as spam or your IP might be blocked.

So an ESP has to be super strict and/or they just have 10s of thousands of Gmail warm up accounts to counter that. Imagine if you get 3 people clicking the spam button from 1000 emails sent... it's ridiculous.

I have limited it to 2000 emails per IP to stay under their "bulk email" classification of 5000 but the classification doesn't mean it's immune to the other measures and eventually all of the IPs get blocked.

Forget to send to Gmail if you don't have confirmed or real opt in addresses OR send by Gmail itself or from Hotmail OR you have like a couple of thousands Gmail addresses and give the user every opportunity to unsubscribe instead of clicking spam button.

Thanks for sharing, I have limited it to 2000 emails per IP --------by this you mean daily or per hour?

Daily. But regardless... if people click the spam button, it's over for the IP very soon. I only send to real opt in gmails (not confirmed, but real opt in from my own sweep stakes).
