Looking for the cheapest possible ways to get a well made email generator and to be able to send out mass emails every now and then to all of the generated emails.

Basically, I am looking for a program that I can generate emails, if possible, "stock investor" related emails, and I am also looking for somewhere that is capable of sending out mass emails to all of the emails that are generated.
