We are in the Adwords section, so more than likely he meant "ad account", just mistyped.
Sorry i mean Ad Account my mistake
I was suspened because of Suspicious payments and another account circumventing the system.
I text them few things and now i see they send me email my account was unsuspended.

most people are doing BH. that's why.
I think u overrate bh. I haven't done legit ads/camps for ages but when sometimes when suspension happens i still have good chances to get acc back live. And my camps make most guys bh ads look like wh.

money is money. I see tons of similar unsuspend action from google in a year.

that ban is final. I bet your other account was not unsuspended.

to make it more believableU can get account back on appeal even with circumventing. Some appeals are automated and u get acc back in 1h. But it all depends what stupid mistake u did there.
