Email extractor ??

I dont know if this is the right spot for this thread but i would like to know if there is anyway to extract emails straight from inbox without having to go one by one and add them as contacts then export.
I am talking about regular email accounts gmail yahoo hotmail.

I have some 12 year old accounts all local email ID's

Any ideas?

Pretty much a "Ronseal" solution here. It does exactly what it says on the tin!

Question about gsa spider. A review site stated that you can't save extracted emails -- is this true? Can gsa extract names (ex. first name)? Can it send personalized emails? If not, what bulk mail sender can personalize emails?
