Email extractor for emails from referring domains competitors in Ahrefs?

Morning,

does anybody please have a good email extractor in stock? I have some, but they don't work for what I am planning to do. I would like to extract all emails from the referring domains that my competitors have in Ahrefs. Or maybe someone has some tips/tricks to do this? All help is so much appreciated as it will save me so much time and effort.
