Check out this 2 pages, official scrapebox stuff, they have a tutorial on the 2nd one, where they show you how to use the plugin and this should give you a clear how to way for doing it yourself:

Are you looking for a email scraper from contact us page of website or for an instagram email scraper? There is a big difference between these 2, for instagram getting a software and doing the scraping yourself would be a lot of work, banned accounts, wasted paid proxies and so on, but if you have the time you can go for it.
You can build custom bots?

It's a lot of work because you have to make use of proxies etc..
What kind of scale are you looking for? Profilebud is cool for quick scrapes for a few hundred emails but if you need serious quantity, you will have to look elsewhere. I'm currently using instareaper. It scrapes fast as f*ck but does require you to use your own accounts and proxies.

Isn't it just more work to use proxies etc and do all manually?
