need a email deliverability expert for a consultation / advise on the best practice for cold email strategy for our b2b email marketing campaigns
currently we send over 30 000 emails daily from one domain
with 12 IP's dedicated IP's with a msg rate limit of 2000 emails per IP
domain is aged for 1-2 years the IP is warmed up and all SPF,DKIM and DMARC is set correctly
have list unsubscribe headers
using mailwizz + pmta
our our average 2000 email list is cleared with bounce validator and consists of 40% to outlook / office 365 and 40% workspace gmail 20 % other
the emails are business offers and appointment setup , leads are from linkedin sales navigator
all IP are monitored on proofpoint , tend , talos and other RBLS
we are experiencing a heavy throttling from outlook and blocking from gmail lately and looking for advise
