Email Conformation Sent To Old Email

I bought some aged 3+ year IG accounts a few weeks ago and changed the email address on the accounts to my personal emails.

Now when I login it asks me to do an email verification, but it is sending the code to the old email address on file.

Has anyone else experienced this and know what to do to resolve this as I no longer have access tot he original email addresses, thanks!

That's kinda bad if you don't have the orignal email, the account could be hacked anytime by the seller(valar and accsmarket hack back the accounts all the times), the problem is even if you change the email or pw, the old email will still receive a reset link. It's better to buy account with access to the creation email so that when you replace it with your own email then you can delete that reset email sent by Instagram to the orignal email so that the seller won't hack it back.
 
How do you prevent Instagram from sending the verification to the old email?

Does this mean the accounts are bad or not of good quality?
 
I have changed emails of IG accounts several times but I didn't get any this type of issue. Whether it is ask for email verification it will send verification in current email address which is associated with the account.
 
I am not sure why this is happening, but I wan to see if anyone else is experiencing this and if so what may cause it

the fact that you bought it and the account is asking for ev from the old email it means the seller already hacked the account back, now they will sell it to another one and repeat the same scam. may i ask who's the seller ?
 
Have you confirmed your new email or not ?

I agree to @BortherJoseph. Reveal your source so others can avoid the seller if it's a seller from BHW marketplace (And don't forget to shitlist him!). Don't be afraid, better you lose the accounts now, then to lose it in the future after you put tremendous amounts of work with them.
 
This happened to me after I spent 50 bucks on a bunch of accounts. It made them all useless to me. It had nothing to do with the seller taking them back or anything. I sorted everything out on my end, but now I will only buy accounts with original emails. It is so frustrating!
 
Sound to me like something new. I change the OG email often and such a thing never happen to me.
However, before purchasing account it is always recommended to ask for the original email used for the account creation.
 
I had this thing happen to one of my clients. The weird thing was that he received the EV after he logged in and used the acc for a while, and the EV went to the old - fake email.
 
Sorry for the miscommunication I no longer have access to the emails because they were disabled by gmail, not from the reseller and it was not someone here it was from a personal friend.

Does anyone have experience with this issue of Instagram asking for an email verification and sending the email to the old email attached to the Instagram account?

This can happen and is a safety feature. You can reduce the risk of this happening by using a good quality IP and logging in with the old cookie. Access to the original email is best.

Yes, I have access to the old email and am using my home IP, but I keep getting email verifications sent to my old email address and not the current email address on Instagram
