I had a similar issue, it went away the next day
The funny thing - it lets you edit email where to send verification, it wasn't allowed to do that before.

Have had this issue on several accounts. Some for a week+. Code still doesn't send.

Had this many times. Reset device ID and re-login. Or, login from your own smartphone and reset from there.

Well sorry its in german but i still get error even on my phone with those accounts... right now my only solution is just throwing them away... maybe you guys got anything else?
#edit: that one screenshot is made with wifi but I also tried with mobile connection, no success

This problem also occurs with my account. I sent an email to the email address of the previous appeal account. They told me that my account was disabled. I re-appeal and the account can be logged in.
