Email client marketing software?

Hi. Sorry about posting to this section, but I couldn't find better suiting one.

I'm looking for online email marketing application. Running on php and mysql. I have seen few names in this forum but I can't remember them.. Can you help me?

The application should be able to send emails, user groups, custom user fields(tags), auto-generated texts etc.

I have one. it works well , named bbmailer bulk email software ， and their service is good. you can have a try
