So I'm working on this business's website and trying to get the domain transferred to a new registrar.
Last night it successfully transferred over, but this morning their email basically stopped working. They weren't able to send or receive anything.
I transferred the domain to namecheap, and set up new emails there. Is there a way to save their old emails or retrieve them?
I'm assuming the email stopped working because the name servers changed, am I right? They still have hosting with the old provider, but the domain is at the new registrar. If I setup the name servers for the domain pointing to the old hosting account, should everything be good again?
