Email Campaign

I need to send approximately 120,000 emails next month (x3 emails each to roughly 40,000 email address). I do not have time to properly warm up an IP address nor a sustained need to send this high of a volume.

I need a very high inboxing rate. My average open rate is 44% with a 14% reply rate on smaller campaigns. I usually send 3,000 emails per month.
