Email blasts with personalized content

I figure this is the closest I'll get to the right forum here, but if I need t o move the conversation please let me know.

I want to be able to do a nightly scheduled email to people who sign up for my newsletter, that's easy.

But I also want to include personalized content and I don't mean changing their name. Each person would get a short but customized report. Generating the reports is easy and eventually I'll automate the entire process, but for now I need to find an efficient solution to match up the reports with the intended recipient.

I can do them as an attachment or written in the body of the email. Attachment is preferable, though.

Any ideas?

The app in my sig has an email module which supports unique content injection into each message associated with specific emails, along with spin text etc. Might be something you are looking for.
